Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund.
• For eligible cancellations, 90% of the total booking value will be refunded. We will retain 10% of the total booking amount as a processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the booking date.

Terms & Conditions

• Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms.

• Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception and on your key card folder.
• Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
